2024 SH-HK-NB Transportation Technology Forum Highlight
(2024年11月21日-22日中國,珠海)由香港公路學會、上海市公路學會及寧波市公路學會聯合主辦、中國公路學會及廣東省公路學會協辦的「2024 滬港甬交通科技論壇」於廣東省珠海市隆重舉行。本屆論壇以「互聯互通智慧交通」為主題,吸引了逾100多位來自香港、上海、寧波、廣東省地區的交通公路、科研設計、施工建設各單位管理代表以及學者專家等業界人士參加活動,進行了深度探討、交流和現場考察活動。
這場論壇由承辦單位香港公路學會的司庫黃思淳先生擔任主持,為活動正式開幕。主賓香港公路學會會長鍾小平先生、上海市公路學會副理事長黃國斌先生、寧波市公路學會理事長樊獻鵬先生、中國公路學會副理事長張勁泉先生、廣東省公路學會副秘書長鮑鋼先生等多位學會領導代表共同出席及發言祝賀。香港路政署署長邱國鼎先生更受邀擔任本次論壇主禮嘉賓,在開幕式上致詞。
香港公路學會會長鍾小平先生表示:國家現代綜合交通運輸體系旨在建立低碳、環保和以人為本的智慧交通,在共建「一帶一路」倡議和粵港澳大灣區建設的重大戰略框架下,香港公路學會將積極展現主導作用,充分發揮香港在技術創新、高品質發展、國際關係和專業服務等方面的獨特優勢,並促進跨區域合作與發展。對「國策所趨,交通為先」作出積極回應。
香港路政署署長邱國鼎先生作為主禮嘉賓出席現場,向前來參加本次論壇的同業及代表表示熱烈歡迎。響應「互聯互通」這一理念,邱署長指出香港正積極透過多種科技創新、智慧管控、資料開放及綠色集體運輸等舉措,致力於建構起一個智慧、安全可靠與環保高效的交通運輸系統網絡,並促進大灣區內人流與物流的高效運轉,打造更智慧、更宜居、更永續發展的城市。這個願景的實現需要多方通力協作,期待未來與大陸各位同業者積極交流、互學互鑑、深化合作,開啟地區間多邊合作的新局面。
論壇上,來自主辦單位的上海市公路學會副理事長黃國斌先生、寧波市公路學會理事長樊獻鵬先生,以及來自協辦單位的中國公路學會副理事長張勁泉先生分別在開幕式上傳達了本次論壇主題的核心精神和意義。
本次論壇邀請至11位資深的業界專家及學者,緊扣「互聯互通智慧交通」主題,從數位轉型、智慧交通設計發展、尖端技術及實務角度分享了最新研究成果、理論方法與實務動態。
香港路政署主要工程管理處總工程師曾頌文先生介紹了香港中九龍幹線大型基建工程,透過開發和應用多項創新技術,解決多重現實難題,推動行業可持續發展和長遠增長。
寧波市交通運輸局黨委委員、副局長兼任寧波市公路學會理事長樊獻鵬先生發表了寧波市借力新技術、新材料、新裝備、新工藝等方面技術革命性突破,以新質生產力賦能交通工程工業化整合創新,推動交通建設智慧化、高效率化、綠色化的轉型升級路徑及成效。
上海市交通委員會數位轉型推進辦公室副主任兼任上海市公路學會副秘書長郝偉偉女士隨後介紹了在積極推進數位轉型策略的背景下,上海提出「兩基三通五高地」總架構,以交通數據為底座,建構起互聯互通的城市數基以及「三位一體」的城市數體。

原中國路橋工程有限責任公司香港地區董事長闞軍先生對香港將軍澳跨灣大橋的綠色智建項目作出了詳細講解,從浮托技術、全方位預製與組裝、高強度鋼材的應用三大維度,提升全港跨距最大、單件預製最重的鋼拱橋工程的可持續性。
之後,廣東省交通規劃設計研究院集團股份有限公司機電與智慧交通所所長汪俊彬先生、香港理工大學土木及環境工程學系教授冷真博士、上海市城市建設設計研究總院(集團)有限公司道路與橋樑設計研究院總工程師蔡氧博士、浙江寧波杭甬復線三期高速公路有限公司董事及建設指揮部副總指揮蔣強先生、艾奕康香港香港區交通運輸助理董事羅斌先生、上海同陸雲交通科技有限公司董事長兼總經理張曉明先生以及纜索橋樑科技有限公司董事林陽子博士,也先後基於高速道路的數智化建設、城市智慧綠色運輸系統、智慧路面材料、檢測及管養技術等多方面作出了專業成果分享,全面探討了智慧交通對加速城市基礎設施產業升級的影響,助力區域城市群一體化發展佈局。
論壇期間,與會者還前往珠海隧道、十字門隧道營運中心進行場地考察,與專案技術負責人進行了深度交流,包括關鍵建設進度及技術使用、大數據分析如何賦能智慧交通應用的經驗分享。
滬港甬交通科技論壇作為大灣區與長三角聯合開展產業交流的重要活動,肩負著賦能交通智造產業發展的重要作用,協助推廣智慧交通發展最新建設成果。各方將持續圍繞交通領域新質生產力、尖端科技及技術創新應用分享,推動智慧交通建造及提升應用效能,促進交通產業乃至施工建設產業的互聯互通與繁榮發展。

2024 五省一市兩區交通科技論壇
On 23-25 October, 2024, a delegation led by Ir Alfred Leung, Vice President of the Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation, attended the 2024 五省一市兩區交通科技論壇in Shanghai. The forum, co-hosted by the Guangdong Province Highway Society, Liaoning Provincial Highway and Transportation Society, Shandong Highway Society, Hunan Highway and Transportation Society, Highway and Transportation Society of Hubei Province, Shanghai Highway and Transportation Society, Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation, and The Macau Institution of Engineers, was themed "Digital Empowerment, Innovation and Development", aimed at discussing the digital transformation and intelligent construction for highways transportation.
At the forum, two members of the delegation from the Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation, Prof. Zeng Leng and Dr. Seakay Xie, delivered keynote speeches. Prof. Leng from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University shared his recent research on intelligent pavement performance prediction models based on various advanced machine-learning algorithms. Different from the conventional machine-learning models, these models not only provide accurate pavement performance prediction, but also have the functions of feature selection, uncertainty quantification, and prediction result interpretation. Dr. Xie from AECOM delivered a talk on the latest major road network planning in Hong Kong, and how it facilitates the city's "Two Corridors and Two Poles" framework and promotes integration with the Greater Bay Area; and the latest application of HKeToll (free-flow tolling system) and its effectiveness on relieve congestion at the existing urban area and enhance traffic efficiency across the territory.
The impressive speeches of these two experts not only showcased the latest achievements of Hong Kong in transportation technology innovation and intelligent transportation, but also showed the determination and strength of our Institution in promoting the development of the industry and improving the professional level of the industry. This event has also strengthened the cooperation among highway societies in various places and has built an indispensable platform for deepening experience exchange, sharing achievements, discussing technology, and researching topics. We look forward to establishing cooperative relationships with more domestic and foreign counterparts and academic institutions to jointly promote the development of the highway engineering and transportation industry.
In the end, the 8 co-organized institutions had agreed to add two new highway societies from Hainan and Yunnan Provinces in the committee. Therefore, there will be in total 10 institutions as a maximum to organize the forum 七省一市兩區交通科技論壇 alternatively each year in the future.

World Transportation Convention 2024
From June 28 to July 1, 2024, the coastal city of Qingdao, China, hosted the prestigious World Transportation Convention (WTC). The event brought together over 5,000 experts, policymakers, and industry leaders from around the globe to discuss the future of transportation.
A notable highlight was the speech by Prof. Zheng Leng, a council member from the HKIHT. Prof. Leng presented on innovative low-carbon asphalt pavement materials derived from chemically recycled waste plastics, highlighting advancements in sustainable infrastructure.
During the World Transportation Convention 2024 in Qingdao, representatives from the HKIHT and the China Highway & Transportation Society (CHTS) held a productive meeting. They discussed upcoming events and collaboration opportunities, expressing enthusiasm for joint initiatives to advance transportation infrastructure and innovation. This meeting marked a promising step toward closer cooperation and shared goals.
Site Visit to Huangmaohai Sea-crossing Channel
On June 7, 2024, the Hong Kong Institute of Highways and Transport (HKIHT), supported by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE), organized a site visit to the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Passage Project. The event, attended by 25 participants, was divided into two informative sessions.
The first session included a tour of the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Passage Project, which spans the Huangmaohai waters at the Yamen estuary into the Pearl River. Construction began on June 6, 2020, and completion is expected in 2024. The 31-kilometer passage includes a 14-kilometer sea-crossing segment designed as a dual six-lane highway with a speed of 100 km/h. It features two major bridges: the Huangmaohai Bridge and the Gaolan Port Bridge. The Huangmaohai Bridge, a three-tower cable-stayed bridge with a main span of 2x720 meters and a total length of 2,200 meters, will be the world's largest upon completion. The Gaolan Port Bridge, with a main span of 700 meters and a total length of 1,416 meters, is another critical component.
Currently, 85% of the project is completed. All five main towers are topped out, the Gaolan Port Bridge is fully joined, and the Huangmaohai Bridge’s steel box girder installation is over 80% complete, with full completion expected by the end of June 2024. This project will reduce travel time from Zhuhai to Jiangmen and western Guangdong by about 30 minutes.
The second session featured presentations from three engineers covering design considerations, construction challenges, and innovative technologies used in the project. They discussed challenges faced by existing bridges, such as cracks, capacity overload, and typhoon threats. Key features of the Huangmaohai Bridge include full-span TY-type piers to reduce pile foundation and pier bodies, concrete crack control technology enhancing anti-collision ability, and a curved main tower for aesthetic and stability purposes.
The event provided valuable insights into the complexities and innovations of the Huangmaohai Cross-sea Passage Project, showcasing remarkable engineering efforts and future benefits.
參與第三屆大灣區工程師論壇
2024年6月20-21日,香港公路學會的代表參與由澳門工程師學會、澳門科學技術協進會及中國工程師聯合體主辦,假澳門美獅美高梅酒店,第三屆大灣區工程師論壇。
論壇以「灣區同行 工程為本」為主題,邀請大灣區各地官員及工程頂尖人才研討工程領域前沿發展技術與趨勢、技術成果推廣與應用、技術創新要素流動等議題。
與廣東省公路學會參觀深中通道
2024年6月18日,香港公路學會的代表,在廣東省公路學會的帶領下,參觀深中通道,獲益良多。
粵港澳三方商討共同發佈《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》,共促區域基礎設施高品質發展
2024年3月1日,在廣東省公路學會的組織和接待下,香港公路學會與廣東省公路學會、澳門工程師學會、廣東省市場監督管理局標準化處和廣東省標準化研究院代表在廣州聯合召開了粵港澳三方共同發佈《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》標準的商討會議,並達成共識。此次會議標誌著粵港澳大灣區在公路工程領域的深度合作,旨在推動區域基礎設施建設的高品質發展。
各方代表針對《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》標準的修訂、發佈及應用進行了深入交流和磋商。廣東省公路學會團體標準T/GDHS 002-2020《廣東公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》自2020年12月發佈以來,在實際工程應用中取得了顯著成效,並積累了不少新的技術成果,為此次修訂工作奠定了堅實的基礎。
2022年10月份,在廣東省公路學會的邀請下,香港公路學會在此次標準修訂過程中積極相應和大力支持,推薦香港相關單位和技術專家參與標準的編寫和審核工作。在標準的徵求意見階段,香港公路學會提出了由粵港澳三方學會聯合發佈標準的建議,這不僅有助於標準的廣泛推廣和應用,更重要的是實實在在推進了粵港澳大灣區建設。
經過充分商議,各方達成以下共識:
1、《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》修訂完成後爭取由廣東省公路學會、香港公路學會、澳門工程師學會三方聯合發佈,以能有效指導擠擴支盤樁在三地的正確、合理使用,加速融合發展粵港澳三地基礎設施,推進三地高品質基礎設施的互聯互通。
2、因香港公路學會、澳門工程師學會未在全國團體標準平臺註冊,三方聯合發佈的《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》按《廣東省公路學會團體標準管理辦法》的相關要求編號,同時使用。
3、《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》正式發佈後,由廣東省公路學會儘快推進將該標準申請列入灣區標準清單的工作。如遇問題,商請廣東省市場監督管理局出面協調解決。
4、根據《申請納入灣區標準清單指引》要求,《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》需要英文版的標準文本。對編寫組翻譯的英文版標準文本,由香港公路學會負責對其進行審核,澳門工程師學會協助審查。
會議的成功舉辦,是粵港澳三地在工程技術標準化領域合作的重要成果,也是香港公路學會積極推進粵港澳大灣區建設,特別是在公路工程標準化工作上所取得的重要進展,此《公路橋樑擠擴支盤樁技術規程》將會是大灣區標準的第一份工程技術規程、意義重大。香港公路學會將繼續發揮專業平臺作用,加強三地學會間的的交流合作,共同為區域的基礎設施建設和高品質發展作出積極貢獻,不斷促進粵港澳三地在技術交流、標準制定和專業發展等方面的深入合作。
