Participation Fees
🔹 Young Member Rate: HK$12,000
Applicable to any HKIHT member, including MHKIHT, aged 35 or below on 11 October 2026.
🔹 Other Member Rate: HK$22,000
🔹 Single-room surcharge: HK$5,000, subject to availability.
The participation fee covers:
✈️ Standard economy-class return airfare
🏨 Shared hotel accommodation
🍽️ HKIHT-arranged group meals
🚌 HKIHT-arranged group transport
Travel insurance and personal expenses are not included.
The proposed delegation size is 22 participants, including up to 15 Young Members. If eligible applications exceed the available places, the selection and priority arrangements stated in the application form will apply.

Applications and bank transfer records should be submitted to hkiht.info@gmail.com. Applicants paying by cheque should follow the postal instructions in the application form.
Places are limited. Payment does not guarantee acceptance, and all applications are subject to selection and formal confirmation by HKIHT.
