Rapidly-evolving data analytics technologies and intelligence applications have ushered in a new era of airport operations. At Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA), these new technology solutions have been incorporated into various instrumental tools to enhance work processes and passenger experience. The Hong Kong Institution of Highways and Transportation is pleased to invite Mr. Alex Kwan, the Executive Director (Engineering & Technology) of the Airport Authority Hong Kong, to share his views on trends, potential and successful examples of applying data analytics technologies and intelligence applications across different airport operations to optimise airport and aviation services in HKIA.
